Michal Picks Halloween Costumes For Mom And Dad

Today is Saturday, September 1, 2012 and Mom says it's time to start thinking about Halloween.   My mom LOVES Halloween and we moved to a bigger house this year, so she's super excited about all we can do.  We'll be decorating the front yard, and the whole house for Halloween, and she's already got us started looking at Halloween costumes too.

So I guess we'll start with the costumes-

For Mom

"Mom here, (as if you didn't know that already) and I'm a 'plus' size mom, so my costume choices are going to be whatever I can find in a size that will fit."

Ok, so Rubies Women's Plus Size Red Riding Hood Costume, Red, 14-16 is a pretty cool costume, and if I can find a "Big Bad Wolf for Dad, this might be it.   

But if not, here are some of my other choices...


Mother Nature  could be fun too... maybe there's a Father Time?

For Dad.... (Michael and Mom are collaborating on this one)...

If Mom does go with Little Red Riding Hood, she could modify hers to go with Dad's Funny Big Bad Wolf Zoot Suit Costume - Medium





Look... Dad can get a Father Time Costume Wig .  Mom and Dad would still have to make the rest of the costume because the wig is all Amazon has for "Father Time", but Mom said making costumes is fun.





Mom went looking for "Zeus" to go with her 'Goddess' choice, but she found Poseiden  instead, and Mom LOVES the water.  She said that Poseiden isn't as 'overdone' as Neptune.... and then she went looking for a different costume for herself and found..

Next we have to find costumes for my little brother and me, so we'll be doing that tomorrow.
